Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your little one to love your order. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

• Items must be new, unused and in their original packaging.

• To start a return, email us at little.love.tees@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return instructions.

• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.

• If your item arrives damaged or wrong, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless your item arrived damaged or wrong. Digital downloads (printable colouring packs) are final sale and can't be returned, but email us if there's a problem with your file and we'll make it right.

Shipping is free anywhere in Canada and the United States. Please allow 10–20 business days for delivery.
