How long does shipping take?

Shipping is free anywhere in Canada. Please allow 10–20 business days for delivery.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Items must be new and unused.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page lists the age range (e.g. 0–3Y, 1–4Y, 3–13Y). If in doubt, size up. Email us with any questions.

Are your products safe?

We choose battery-free items without licensed characters, and list the recommended age on every product page. Always supervise young children during play.
